I work best when there’s space enough to dance while painting. 💃
Also for observing from different points of view. And for pieces to breathe. For energies to flow and expand.
(Maybe also in part because, crazy as it sounds, you’re never the only one in the room … 🤔)
If your work space is small, take moments to extend it mentally - for the perspective, the breath, the flow - and step back or walk away often! After all, we need both closeness and distance to balance things.
