					<description><![CDATA[After working with emotionally disturbed kids when I was much younger I can attest to the fact that sometimes the most difficult thing to do is find something to praise amongst the bedlam and screaming meemees. But if you can, it&#039;s the start of building on successes, not fighting failures. Just a thought.]]></description>
